Sumo Group achieves 3-Star Accreditation for the fourth consecutive year in the highly regarded Best Companies Survey.
The accolade, which represents ‘World Class’ levels of Workplace Engagement, is widely seen as the benchmark for measuring engagement in workplaces across the United Kingdom.
Earning this accreditation for the fourth consecutive time recognises our commitment to our people, listening to feedback, enacting change and striving to improve every aspect of life at Sumo.

Additionally, Sumo Group donated £2 to SpecialEffect for every survey completed and has raised a total of £2,792 for the charity.
