Sumo Group achieves 3-Star Accreditation for the third year in a row in the highly regarded Best Companies Survey.
The accolade, which represents ‘World Class’ levels of Workplace Engagement, is widely seen as the benchmark for measuring engagement in workplaces across the United Kingdom.
Earning this accreditation for the third consecutive time recognises our commitment to our people, listening to feedback, enacting change and striving to improve every aspect of life at Sumo.

2022 has seen Sumo Group businesses and people receive numerous awards throughout the year. These include the TIGA Star Award for Sumo Group as Best Employer, Develop:Star award for Sumo Digital as Best Studio, listings in GI.biz Best Places to work for Lab42, Atomhawk, Timbre Games and Red Kite Games, plus many more.
In addition, Sumo Group donated £2 to SpecialEffect for every survey completed and has raised a total of £2,316 for the charity.
